This location used to have plenty of staff, but there were not friendly, talked about inappropriate things, etc. Now they have a wonderfully friendly person, but he is usually the only one there and just can't handle the morning rush. Placed my order online for donuts and a beverage, been 30 minutes and still waiting. Don't come in the morning unless you have plenty of time to wait.

The last three times I’ve been they were out of maple donuts. If you don’t ever have something take it off of the menu.

They always seem so ill prepared, most of the donuts sold out, Beverages out. When you manage a place you make sure everything is going well. That, and they are so slow. You can have a person in front of you and they will take forever serving that person. .

A few months ago I had a terrible experience with one of the cashiers here. It seemed she was never in a good mood when I came in. Recently, I stopped in because I love Dunkin' Donuts. I had an amazing experience with both of the cashiers. They were both so friendly and helpful, even though I had a long order, they had patience and helped me out. I have edited my review to reflect this experience.

I work in this building. There is only one person who makes their sandwiches, etc. correctly every time. When the "cook" "toasts" an English muffin without opening it, just sticking it whole into the oven, they need training as that is NOT how you "toast" a muffin. On top of that, they put either white cheddar or swiss cheese on my sandwich when the default cheese is American. Needless to say I am tired of throwing my money away. The lines get shorter and shorter everyday and it should be obvious why. Also please stop hiring people who talk back to the customer when they ask for their muffin properly toasted. Her telling me that she was doing it right is NOT the correct answer. Never again, folks. I'll leave early and stop at Burger King for breakfast from now on.
