Incredibly rude and unnecessarily aggressive cashier. Worst DD I've been to yet

I like the DD franchise. However, this one in particular needs a new manager. I used to get coffee here frequently until one of the associates robbedme out of $2. I used my DD card app to purchase a discounted meal but he didn't know now to apply it when he scanned my card.. So I filled out the survey using my receipt and the manager contacted me to apologize and offer me a free cup of coffee as well as a donut. When I went to collect... she told me that I didn't eat there, I only came to charge my phone. Bottom line is...I got my free meal. Crooks...😝

After driving 3 hours to pick my son up from school, I stopped to this Dunkin’ Donuts for a bio break and to energize myself with coffee and food, with purse in hand. I asked for the key to use the restroom because I personally like to handle that first, then I order. Well I was highly offended when I was told the restroom was for customers. After I said to him why did he think I wasn’t a customer and asked for the key again, his answer remained the same. It was too early (6:00 am) for drama. I just walked out-NO LONGER A CUSTOMER for sure.

I love Dunkin Donuts but this is the worst one I've ever visited. I explained to the the only person working there last night that I had that problem seeing the signs because of a vision issue. He seems really put out that I asked him what kind of bagels they had. He scolded me and told me the signs right there and I told him I couldn't read it I said just pick any bagel I like all your bagels I was ordering a sandwich. I didn't care if it was a plane or anything you know. Hell if he made it with a blueberry or a everything bagel I would have been happy. I suspect part of it was a lack of language skills I don't speak Indian. I also think part of it was he was probably having a bad night. But that doesn't give him the right to ruin my sandwich and my evening.

It's Dunkin. You know what you're getting and they did it pretty well every morning I went there. It was exactly what I expected - which is good.
