  The coffee order was as ordered but the sandwiches were not. Ordered 4 sandwhiches and when i arrived at the office there were only 3 and they were not the correct ones. On top of that i waited 30 min for the sandwiches. Not pleased whatsoever

  Had a really bad expierence with the manager at the downtown Phoenix location on 5/17/2018 named ericka k really unprofessional I had a free drink coupon which only said the cold brew was excluded I had asked for a frozen drink since it wasn’t listed as a non excluded item I had asked why I couldn’t get it when it wasn’t listed and right away ericka got very defensive on why she couldn’t give me the drink so I asked if I could speak to a manager to explain it better to educate me in to why I couldn’t since she was just saying she couldn’t it got to the point were erickas voice was getting louder when I started saying things in a nicer tone of voice ericka even went back to the cash register and scanned the coupon in front of me and repeated a few times “look see” “look see” what it says and even had the audacity to turn the register over in front of me to show me what the screen says while she was doing this I told her to just make my drink it’s not that big a deal after she did that I asked for her managers name and a number I could call she gave me the store number and said since I said I’d be in the next day I could talk to the manager then cause they didn’t have a coperate number also stated manager would tell me the same thing tomorrow I’ve already emailed the dunkin website about this and will also be calling the customer service number you guys have online as well about this very unprofessional and uncalled for asked for a straw when she gave me my drink case there was not one in drink or given to me lol and says there right there behind you at the other table very disappointed in the service I was provided here

  UPDATE: It took over 12 minutes to get a wake up wrap after a three minute wait for the register. Had to leave before it was ready to catch a train so it may have actually been longer. All the employees here are very friendly but have no sense of urgency. It was very busy with a long line at the register and a large group waiting at the pick up counter, maybe more staff is needed. Either way it's frustrating when you have 16 minutes allotted and have to leave without the food you paid, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. First trip here since it's been open, all good so far! Great service, taste and speed!

  Donuts taste like chemicals. Felt like they were made in a food replicator. Donut adjacent? Ew

  Dunkin donuts is amazing! I loved all the food and service. Not too expensive either.
