::Probably being understaffed, the kitchen service is usually pretty slow. People talk in the kitchen without masks on while making food for customers as I just saw myself. Never going back. Try other branches nearby.

::This Dunkins used to be my go-to coffee shop until a closer location opened inside the Top Shelf in Beacon Hill. To be honest, their iced coffee used to be better, and they've lost their best staff... not a big fan.
