  I use order on the go mostly.They never get my donut ready. I always have to wait when I get there at least 3-5 mins. The coffee is always ready, and I'm standing there waiting to flag down a person to get my donut. Takes away the purpose and convenience of order on the go. If they got that together, it would be better. Also. The short haired cashier is always miserable. Never has a smile on her face, and mumbles when taking your order. This is the first person I see when I leave my house most mornings and the interaction is never pleasant. They could remind the staff about good customer service. Hasn't been the same since the black guy with locs transferred to the dd uptown :(

  I visit this Dunkin Donuts very often. The staff members are kind, friendly, and very personable. They are sure to keep the store very clean and respectful. I appreciate the smiles on everyone's faces when I visit the store. Not one person looks unhappy or unwilling to cater to their customers. Very deserving of appreciation and respect from customers, equally.

  The employees attitudes are absolutely horrible. I went in there today, bought a coffee and couldn't use the bathroom because the employees told me they lost the key. How do you lose a bathroom key? Do they not take bathroom breaks during work? So me a paying customer has to hope I make it home in time to go to the bathroom. Completely unacceptable. And then of course I noticed that all the employees are black. Not a single white person. So what is that all about? Equal opportunity employment for just black people? Really?
