  I love the place I got nothing negative to say, the staff were super nice, the food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing.

  A few weeks ago I would have given 1 star, there was always a long line, and the women working behind the counter seemed overwhelmed and angry every time I went in. They have new staff since Thanksgiving. There’s no line now and the staff are nice and seem to have a positive attitude. It really makes a difference. Thank you and keep up the good work!

  Worst experience ever! The owner had a packed house and messed up my order. I thought I was being kind and got back in line so I can ask for the correct drink. When I finally got to the front he tried to blame me for the mistake. Me tired of being there since 30 mins had already passed I just politely asked how much I needed to pay for the drink and then continued to wait. I then waited another 20 minutes and still did not have my drink. I then got BACK in line (trying to be polite even though I definitely shouldn't been rude looking back) go ask for a refund. Then owner then starts arguing with me saying he can just make the drink now and how it's all my fault anyways. I don't even write reviews but for this horrible experience I made an exception. I just wish I was tacky enough to take back the tips I had already put in the tip jar.

  My favorite Dunkin in ATL period!! They are always courteous, and professional. They pay attention to detail when crafting your drinks. I frequent this location several times a week, and when I walk in, they are already ringing up my order! Now that's EXCELLENT customer service. They even remember our milk preferences! My latte is always perfect & I tried the roasted tomato humnus toast today...so Yummy!

  This is our favorite Dunkin since we moved here. The staff are always awesome. They were working the night downtown Atlanta erupted. Their windows were smashed. No employees were hurt but they were pretty shaken up. Yet they remained opened. They kept welcoming their regulars with smiles. That's always been consistent but under those circumstances it was beautiful. I hope that never changes. Today we stopped in and both employees were masked up properly the entire time. We appreciate that too. 🙂
