::I’m waiting for my order, as a person walks in saying he forgot to take his donut. They literally pretty much ignored him. I felt so bad, and was about to offer to buy him a new one but he had left. There is no professionalism or kindness in this place. Don’t recommend

::One of the worst managed stores I have ever been to…. The manager tried to steal money from me after over charging and then not refunding. And then proceeded to hide in her back office while the employees were left to deal with angry customers. The employee working the register tried to give me the owners phone number to call... Unbelievable.

::Love my brookline village Dunkin! As an ex-Starbucks barista, I’ve always been partial to their hot drinks, but Dunkin beats Starbucks every time in speed (plus you can’t really beat a Dunkin iced coffee) …and they have donuts! The store was remodeled in the past year and is always super clean. I love the staff. Always get my drink and food orders correct and done quickly - highly recommend!
