Dunkin' in Brentwood

  There’s about 3/4 Dunkin’s in Brentwood and I can tell you this one is the only one I go to. I live next door (literally) to another Dunkin & they’re the worst! This location is amazing. The staff is super friendly and they’re trained to have excellent customer service. If they mess up (it’s bound to happen when you visit 5 days a week) they are extremely efficient and pride themselves on making it right.

  They sure knows how to make a good cup of coffee and Tea those ladies are so pleasant early in the morning

  I like the coffee they make for the most part, but they are rude half the time. I ordered my coffee and accidentally forgot to order my wrap and at the window I mentioned if I can add it and he just said he couldn’t add to my order .. never heard of that at any Dunkin smh

  I take one cappuccino, I tell them put sugar , and after I receive my cappuccino, I again make sure did you put suger the rude girl said yes I put 2 suger , but when I taste no suger in my cappuccino, this is the 2nd time they do like that, the worst dunkin donut in this area.

  Not the best coffee, but I expect that from the price. Breakfast sandwich was good, but the bacon wasn't cooked properly, so I threw it away. Coffee isn't made to order and there's always something wrong with my drink. I've been to many Dunkin Donuts locations and this one never gets my drink order right. Donuts are only good in the morning time and taste stale if u order later in the day.
