::New staff has no idea what they are doing. The new girl at the drive through doesn't even know what store she works at. Asked for a simple item: a donut, and she gave me the wrong one, 3 times. Unfortunate you can't refund mobile orders because they mess it up everytime without fail. At least they're consistent in bad service.

::The young Lady with the glassess and Curly hair in a bun needs to change her attitude! If i came in to change the error that was made why comment Whats wrong now! GET IT RIGHT THE 1ST AND 2ND TIME WHY DO I HAVE TO COME BACK?!

::This is one of the best dunkins I've ever been to. Their donuts for whatever reason are always delicious and amazing. The staff is always friendly and greets you when you walk in. Enjoy!

::I used to frequent this location because of it’s convenient location, but the service is truly poor. The drive thru takes such a long time. I’m not entirely sure why, but they seem to move at a snail pace. Additionally, if you come later in the day the donuts will not be fresh. I decided to venture off to the DD next to I-84 in the gas station in Danbury and their donuts are much better and they move MUCH faster. I wish that were the case at this on since it’s super close to my house. I do hope the service gets better.

::Back in March 2021 this place was the bees knees, super fast drive- up window service that was hard to believe. Now, it's August, I've been patronizing the place regularly for 5 months, and the service is a husk of what it once was. I don't know what changed or why, but today's lunch run was disappointing. I asked for extra and didn't get it. I asked for sweetened and got unsweetened. It's not the first time this has happened, which is why I'm leaving such a negative review. I don't like leaving negative reviews. I don't have time to run back in to have my orders fixed though because I only have 30 mins for lunch. All she has to do is pay better attention to what was ordered.
