::Left items off our Uber eats delivery order When we called they said oh we forgotā¦just come in and pick them up. We tried to explain that the whole point was to not leave our house, as we are under the weatherā¦.the āmanagersā response āoh well come another dayā. So we ask for a refund and are told to ācall Uberāā¦we say well how does that work is there something on your end so you can confirm all this and the guy just goes āI donāt knowā I meanā¦Iām not expecting Harvard scholars but some slight common sense would be niceā¦

::my order was first. a toasted twist with butter and snack bacon. tell me why I waited for 2 people behind me to leave until they started making my food 10 minutes later and i still had 2 cut and butter my own bagel because they don't know how to without cutting themselves... Please train people to cut bagels properly!!! at least my bacon wasn't raw

::Every time i order from this store through the doordash app, they put cheese on my sandwich after selecting NO CHEESE. I am lactose intolerant so every time they mess up my order (which is every time i order) i have to either give my food away or throw it out after paying 4$ for something so simple. I am so tired of these HUGE INCONVENIENCES every god damn day. No longer ordering from this store and i will make sure everyone i know doesnāt either.

::Itās nice and clean but one thing that really bothers me are the constant mistakes and the hiring of teenagers whoās DONT care. I mean why should they itās prob a first job out of many but PLEASE try and hire decent people who care. If you make someoneās drink wrong you offer to make them another. Thatās what the CUSTOMER pays for.
