Ordered through DoorDash, they were completely sold out of donuts by noon and replaced with Munchkins, which might’ve been fine if they hadn’t put my coffee OPEN in the bag with the food. Also forgot my hash browns, so I’ve got half a cup of cold coffee and some coffee soaked Munchkins.

It's November I'm back again for the 1st time since my july visit. Wish I had a better experience this time but nope. When I pulled up to the speaker I could hear the employees talking and playing around that seemed odd. Thought they had to push a button to be heard outside. Anyway the girl at the speaker was very non chalant but oddly on the verge of full on laughter as she explained they couldn't make the new drinks. They were out of cold foam and couldn't do a latte either and no cookie butter donuts. What a let down. Previous review--> July 2022 I haven't had Donuts from Duncan in forever ... been about 20yrs or a bit longer SERIOUSLY and it just seemed extremely incredibly sweet. Are they always like this? Ewwww. I got a Boston and I couldn't finish the whole thing. I wasn't offered napkins or sweetener for my cold brew I got the new brown sugar drink. The foam is sweet but the coffee isn't. It tasted sooooo bitter. Yuck. Cold brew drinks aren't supposed to be bitter right? I later went through the reviews and I noticed another customer mention their coffee is off at this location. What a shame. I called in to speak to a manager. No answer. I don't know if the number listed here is wrong but I kept getting a generic voice-mail box. Post covid lockdown fast food companies seem to ignore phone calls to their locations these days. That's probably what was going on. I did not have time to turn around and return to see if they could replace the items or refund me a portion. Had somewhere to be.

The worlds best Dunkin donuts! At least that’s what JON tells me every time I pull up to the drive-through at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Green Oaks and I 20 in Arlington. Several times a week I go to this Dunkin to get coffee in the morning. I always know when Jon is working because when you pull up to the drive-through he says “Welcome to the worlds best Dunkin’ Donuts how can I help you!” Yes their coffee is great but what makes this the worlds greatest Duncan? It’s Jon…. He is what makes this the worlds greatest Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve never seen Jon in a bad mood even if he is you can’t tell he’s always friendly courteous and happy! He appreciates his customers and appreciates his job. Jon is just happy with his life and it reflects well on the store. Yes there’s tons of people out there with great attitudes and there’s some out there with not so great attitudes, but what makes Jon truly stand out….. it’s just that Statement you don’t see him you just know you are at the right place. Please say hi to Jon for me when you pull up to the drive-through and you know you’ve arrived at the worlds best Dunkin’ Donuts! Thank you Jon for making each morning a good morning and making Arlington proud to have the worlds best Dunkin’ Donuts!

I had been having a bad morning. Woke up late for work. I pull up to the drive through speaker and the nice lady who took my order was so cheerful and helpful it was contagious. By the end of my order my mood had completely changed! She was very helpful and sweet and helped me pick out drinks that would continue my good mood through the day (they are so delicious!) and when I get up to the window to pay my drinks we’re already made and waiting for me and the nice man had a huge smile on his face continuing the wonderful atmosphere they have. He double checked my order and made sure to make me feel like my order mattered. 10/10 will be coming here instead of Starbucks! I don’t think Starbucks has EVER treated me with the kindness that Dunkin’ did.

Dunkin' on Office Park Drive in South Arlington is an excellent place to visit for your donut or ice cream fix. Just looking at the menu, one can order a number of drinks under the "Coffee & Espresso" part of the menu such as Ice Coffee, Nitro Cold Brew, Americano, Latte and even a Hot Coffee, just to name a few. You can even "Make it Your's" by adding one or more flavors, substituting with non-dairy options or adding espresso shots. You can grab a bite to eat under the "Eats" part of the menu with options such as Avocado Toast, Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, Snackin' Bacon (8 peices of bacon with maple sugar) or a Kolache. There are a number of pastries to choose from under the "Donuts & More" part of the menu such as a variety of flavors of Munchkins (donut holes), glazed donuts, donuts with glaze and sprinkles, bagels and muffins. There are a few more sandwich options under the "Sandwiches & More" part of the menu such as Bacon, Egg & Cheese and Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese, as well as a few more options. There is a "Dunkin' 2Gos" part of the menu with $2, $3, $4 & $5 options to choose from. If you feel like drinking from the "Refreshing Sips" part of the menu you can choose from refreshers, teas, signature lattes and hot chocolate. Lastly, if you want some ice cream there are a myriad of options under the "Baskin Robbin's" part of the menu. Our visit was great! The food was delicious, the dining room was clean, as well as the bathroom. One thing to note is that the store manager, Lassandra, is very accommodating and attentive to her customers.
