  The service, attitude, and coffee are horrible. The people working there have not deserved at least one star. Each time I go there, it takes a long time for one late, they don't steam the milk properly. Coffee is warm , not hot. They speak about clients in Spanish, assuming that nobody understands. Horrible experience. Will never enter the place again.

  In my quest to find perfection, the Holy Grail of all Dunkin Donuts -- the vanilla cream-filled donut, which has been my favorite for the past 50 years -- and after trying the ones offered at Rockville Pike, Gude Drive, Cordell Ave., and, even the upper NW DC Wisconsin Ave. locations, the best, softest, most delicious vanilla cream-filleds are at the Elm Street, Bethesda store. All other stores either didn't fill the cream from the outer puff to the donut center (!!), which they're supposed to do, or the donuts weren't soft or tasty. So, either the chefs weren't trained properly or the store owners/managers don't know what's going on, what they're doing, or are intentionally skimping on the cream to save money. Whatever the case, you don't mess with the vanilla cream-FILLED donuts and not suffer the consequences...those stores have lost my business, and I'm sticking with the Elm Street location from now on.

  It's dunkin'!! How can it be bad? The employee made me a fresh pot of coffee because she said it needed to be changed and didn't want to give me old coffee. Most places will use up the old first, but she didn't.

  This is the only Dunkin where my order is ready when it’s supposed to be most of the time. They make a good bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and bacon wrap and the bacon is never burned. Usually it’s easy, quick and painless.

  I really do not like leaving bad reviews for businesses, but this place has gotten really bad. I work close in the area and it is convenient, but has gotten to the point where I do not even want to attempt to try and order coffee from here. I have had to go back multiple times because they have messed up mobile pick up orders. Last week, and a few times before this, in the afternoon, I ordered a medium decaf caramel coffee. It had no caramel in it, so I walked back over to have a different associate remake it. I told her what I ordered and that it did not have any caramel, she then proceeded to tell me that they ran out of caramel that morning... So, the guy who made it for me just decided not to put it in the coffee, which is terrible for business and inconvenient to guests. And NOT what I ordered or paid for. Just this morning I ordered a large caramel macchiato and watched them make it. An older guy was making it, and of course making it wrong, so I called him out on it and he got rude with me. I just tasted it here at work and it taste terrible. They either need more training or new management. I am going to look into the other coffee shop that is local here on Elm street around the corner.
