  There was an incident with the order, because I speak English very poorly. The cashier wrote down something else, so I saw twice the price on the check and I got angry. But they patiently processed my order and food and gave me the difference in cash. So I apologize for being impatient and poking my fingers at the window. They fixed everything literally in a moment and I sat down and ate my burger. They didn't make any remarks to me and didn't even show any dissatisfaction, they just worked for me. And now I am very sorry that I offended them. And it's a pity that they have so few people, because it's a clean and pleasant in all respects fast food restaurant with good people and tasty burgers.

  As a retired baker, I knew when I took my first bite that I wasn't going to get fresh. No complaints because it's my first time having Dunkin donuts and I didn't expect fresh made but not the memory of Freezer pulled pastries.. Support your local donut shop..

  The moment we showed up 30 minutes before close, one of the girls in the back in a grey sweater came up to us and opened the window and said; “ima need y’all to hurry up” in a rude and disrespectful tone. Truly abysmal service worried they were going to spit in our food. But the cashier made the service better and gave us free doughnuts probably to make up for her co-workers attitude.

  Expecting a donut shop not a knock off Starbucks. The donuts they did have were not very good and it was a drive thru. And when I ordered the girl was very short with the answers to my question. And then at the window got irritated that I wouldn't let her upsell me a coffee drink.

  They have yummy donuts and friendly service. We've been here several times and have always had super friendly service. Today is my birthday and they didn't disappoint. The girl that helped us was super nice and answered all my questions with a smile and was super polite. GREAT customer service Dunkin! Thanks for the help making my birthday sweet!
