  Quick and easy. The employee had a strong accent and knew that he did so he slowed down and said sorry I have an accent and started joking around with me. I told him not to worry that i have hearing loss (which is true) and that he should not apologize. It was light and fun and made me laugh as i was driving away that he was so friendly and accommodating. Also i got my food super quick.

  This is my one of my neighborhood DD's so I frequently go! I love their Chai Tea Lattes HOWEVER (LOL) they seem to always get the order wrong. I have complained over & over. At first it was getting them not to put espresso in my Latte. Expresso I'd not a ingredient for the Latte. Never asked it to be put know my Latte & don't drink coffee. They seemed to have gotten it right after a lot of taking my drinks back inside and complaining. Today I went to order my favorite drink Chai Tea Latte on my lunch break had times wait for it & they brought it out I head home to realize I have some green dr8i didn't order. Had no time to take it back. Very dissatisfied. Tried to call. Never an answer. I figure time for my review. One thing I will say is the WHOLE team there are really nice * sweet & always fix whatever it is quickly with a good attitude. They know & care for me & I know & care for them but we all have to do better😊🙏❤️

  The middle eastern gentlemen working there (in the morning at 7:15 on 11/30/2022) is consistently rude to me. I work in the gym right next to this establishment so sometimes I go over there for a quick snack and coffee. I go in, he doesn’t acknowledge that I’m there and I ALWAYS have to wait longer than necessary to have my order taken, even when it isn’t busy. The lack of customer service is completely unnecessary and unacceptable.

  Awful experience... I arrived to the window to state that I had a mobile order and they were extremely rude about it. They barely spoke to me and when I asked what they said, they snapped at me and told me to pull up to the window. As I pulled up to the window, everything smelt really weird. After I received my food, I noticed that my coffee was made wrong and all my food was burnt. Do not waste your time and money at this location. They do not care about you and they don't care about the service they provide. Never again...

  This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Despite the remodel they recently have undergone, their quality is still sub-par. I usually LOVE Dunkin', and look forward to any time I can make my way to one. This one, EVERY experience I have had has been terrible. This last time, Coffee was old donuts were soggy and old (almost like they were yesterday's donuts). The last time I had gone to this location, they were sold out of almost every type of donut and it was in the late morning (before noon). Only thing they have going for them is their good customer service....
