::Went to grab a hot pumpkin latte... asked for it extra hot and was told the steaming will make it really hot. Took a sip and it was cold, swore there was ice in it. Was hoping I did like it since the location is close to work. Rather drive out of my way for Starbucks... I warmed it up when I got into work.

::Not the first time they burn my bagel. When i arrived i told the lady politely that pleased dont burn my bagel, and they still did. Never again. The manager was there, and still they didn't listen.
