::Nice and clean. Good selection as usual. The only disappointing thing was that they don't server Bagel Twist (Cheddar or Cinnamon) as they do in NY.

::Amazing!! I really liked the clean patio and shade! Very important. I had the egg and cheese wrap again, great little bite. Better with hot sauce. Their matcha was a little less sweet but it had the sippy lid which im really thankful for. I hate straws. And the heart brownie donut, was a little too sweet. Not as good as the psl munchkins but great wait time great app membership. Kind employees. A lot better than the reseda and Glendale location :)

::These people are comically incompetent! I have never been to a Dunkin' where judging by the atrocious quality of food and service, this must be the first day on the job for every single employee there. First of all, they do not know how to make iced coffee, during the first round of chaos, the employee had the audacity to hand me a large cup of sugar and cream with no ice and no discernable coffee taste. When I had them remake it, they finally managed to realize that iced coffee contains ice, and the ratio of coffee to cream/sugar improved slightly, but still no hint of caramel in my caramel iced coffee. The lady making my breakfast sandwich suspiciously took like 5 seconds to make it. My suspicions about the unusually quick sandwich making turned out to be correct when it was ice cold. This prompted a series of exhausting back-and-forth exchanges with these dolts. I had to ask them to remake the sandwich 3 times. First, it was too cold then they forgot some ingredients, and so on and so forth. Worst Dunkin' in Los Angeles County and overpriced too. Disgraceful.

::I love Dunkin', but there needs to be another location in Burbank,Toluca Lake, or North Hollywood. The line for the drive through is often going out into the street, they always seem to be understaffed, and the store is tiny. 4 out of the last 5 times I ordered the Dunkin' Midnight brew they were out of it. I only got the Holiday brew twice because they were always out of that too. I couldn't get a gift card because they were "understaffed and didn't have time."

::Ordered iced macchiato and a bagel. This is my normal order when I go to Dunkin. This location manages to mess this order up every time without fail. The coffee is always filled with sugar and milk with a drop of coffee that tastes watered down. Their coffee almost never has any actual coffee flavor. Their bagels taste like stale cardboard 90% of the time. In addition the service is so slow and unorganized. I went through the drive threw and was asked to park and an employee would bring my order out. I parked and waited 15 minutes and watched 2 more cars go through the drive threw and get their order. I had to physically go inside and ask for my order. To which the employees acted surprised. When I requested my order they had everything half made and forgot about it. This location is horrible. This is the first time i have written a review, but i feel an urge to give a 1 star review every visit. Visit at your own caution. Save your money and invest in your own espresso maker. Trust me you will never go back to this awful establishment once you make your own coffee. Plus it will save you tons of money.
