  Never answer the phone and order never comes out right. Need better customer service.

  Went in to get a bagel twist with cream cheese. At first they told me they can not put the cream cheese inside the bagel twist so I requested it on the side which they forgot to give me when getting my order . I let them know they forgot to give me the side of cream cheese they told me they didn’t charge it so I asked them for a side of cream cheese which they then tried to charge me $2 for just a side of cream cheese. Lack of customer service in this location they should really go through another training to better assist future customers.

  This place is to 👎 charge me 3.04 cents for for decaf medium coffee, to much I ask the employees she told me is becouse every owner are diferent ,please go to dunking donut Suffolk better.

  The only reason why I go to Dunkin is because there aren't any other coffee places around. The coffee is always sour and it tastes like it's been sitting for about a week. The food is glorified freezer section food and offers nothing of value. The only thing saving this is that Baskin Robbins is pretty good, but they get my order wrong half the time. Good thing I don't have any allergies or they're a lawsuit waiting to happen.

  I really don't want to be a Karen because the ladies back there do work hard but.....everytime I'm there in the mornings, the cashier woman with the Yankees mask constantly gets my order wrong. She did it twice in one visit one day. Maybe I'm not speaking loud enough but she doesn't either. Maybe the music is just a bit too loud for her in the mornings, that's fine...but seriously, constantly getting my order wrong. And I get pretty much the same order everytime. I'm sure I was overcharged too...but since I'm not rude, I just left with what I was given. My cup was also pretty....dirty and stained, and over filled despite me asking for milk on the side (if someone asks for milk on the side, you fill the cup halfway for room) 🙃 Can we do a little better next time? - a former barista
