  I would give them 1 star but they don’t even deserve that. I’m a manager for a different Dunkin Donuts located in South Jersey. An by far this is the worse one. Just based off customer service itself. The one relatively young women that works in the morning (maybe Hispanic) seem to always have an attitude and that can deter customers from going there. Mind you they couldn’t get a basic small hot tea with 3 sugars and 3 milks right. I understand the location of the store is terrible but it will go along way if the staff had 5 star customer service. I know this because I’m a manager for a Dunkin franchise. The store has potential, the employees just need the right mindset.

  Regular Dunkin just NO Parking which is VERY inconvenient and the homeless traffic that attacks you on the way in or out is ridiculous & the police are right there 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

  This Dunkin Donuts should have been shut down a long time ago. The customer service is horrible and the owner, management, and staff are highly disrespectful. The quality and freshness of the food is awful and if you complain about it or request a refund or for your food to be remade they will tell you that you can't come back to the store and will not serve you. They treat the residents of camden less than human and pick and choose who they will and will not serve. Mainly because they have no respect or decency for anyone they believe lives in camden or may be homeless. It will be a wonderful day when they knock it down and rebuild downtown Camden and put a more respectable business in the city. I would advise anyone I know to never patronize this establishment.

  Nice DUNKIN. DONT LIVE IN THIS AREA, but was visiting sum people n stopped here....n the coffee n bagels were nice n fresh n delicious. Will bb when in area again. N they put a decent amount of cream cheese on the bagels too. People who work here r very friendly too....WTG DUNKIN😄😃😼😻💋💓💗

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 31 years of living. NEVER WOULDVE THOUGHT I WOULD EXPERIENCE RACISM LIKE I DID JUST VISITING ANOTHER STATE. I was very polite to this man , walked in with my family of four to get a hot chocolate and a donut for my daughter and this man refuse to service me. Made a big deal and kicked us out. My daughter is traumatized by this experience. We called the cops ourselves and they couldn’t do anything. I tried calling customer service and NOTHING. I asked for a manager over and over and over he screamed at us and said he was the manager but the police outside said he wasn’t the manager.
