  My worst DD experience ever! How hard is it to make a extra large French Vanilla,5 sugar, 5 cream, shot of Carmel... I've gone there 3 times already and still waiting for them to get it right! Rude staff, dirty outside and on all 3 occasions they charged me a different price...#neveragain! But DD is still ❤️

  The remade it over and just because they renovated it doesn't mean they have to raise the prices for one donut call someone's but for the other Dunkin' Donuts until the city it's three for three what's wrong with these

  The old cashier lady with curly hair that is tied in a ponytail and has messy eyeliner and mascara is a scammer. I did not get my exact change. This establishment is filled with a bunch of crooks. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  I believe this is a brand new establishment. Very clean bathrooms extremely clean. The iced caramel latte was way more on the sweet side than it normally is but I a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts seem to do this 😞 seems like they want the sugar kept me up more than the actual coffee 🤢had to change it . No big deal but I wish they just all got it right. This is why people prefer their competitor because Dunkin’ Donuts lacks consistency sometimes😞

  I hate coming here in the morning seriously the staff in the morning are horrible i ordered a hot chocolate and proceeded to let the lady know while she walked away while im still ordering i asked her to put cream sugar and whip cream in my hot chocolate instead of giving me what i wanted she told me instead that it is already sweet and that to take it like that i thought that remodeling this location would bring better staff but i guess not these women make the morning shift horrible please! GET BETTER MORNING STAFF!
