  It was a little crowded about outside of the area but, the inside was mostly empty for the most part. Service was pretty quick and staff pleasant.

  I got donuts on 2/18/23. I got a custard filled that had literally a teaspoon of custard inside. But worse, it was so dry & stale that I threw it away. Worst donut I’ve ever had! Then I realized the thing was heart shaped, which led me to believe it had most likely been left over from Valentine’s Day. I knew it was old, but 4 days old??? Coffee was great as usual, so it wasn’t a total loss.

  Every time this place shows you how things can get worse. Utterly mismanaged, orders are NEVER ready for pickup and the quality is questionable. If you go on a weekday afternoon it’s this one black girl who’s handling everything and even online orders placed 30 minutes ago aren’t ready so you want another 30 minutes and then you’re told they don’t have your donuts!!! Stoped drinking their iced coffee after I got sick on two separate occasions both from iced decaf cold coffees from this store. Long live Starbucks !

  They were really busy and got my order wrong. And the guy had an attitude when I asked him to fix it. Other than that it's fine.

  Chains are supposed to be consistent. This particular store is better than most. It is a small location in the heart of downtown Baltimore, so it serves a huge number of guests at all times. The amazing part is how all of the staff is always ready to help, they always get the orders right, and they do it with a thank you and a smile. The owners and staff here are a true credit to the franchise world of Dunkin!
