::I love shopping here. I bought a pair of flex firehose pants several months ago. I loved them but the fit wasn't perfect. We came back in today and I wanted to buy another pair. After getting the correct size we were checking out and chatting with the cashier and telling her about my other pair. She asked if I wanted to just return the old pair for the new pair(I was wearing my old pair). Not only did they stand behind their "no bull" guarantee, they treated my wife and I like family. We shop here as much as we can and will continue to do so. Give Eve a big pat on the back for us.

::I love this place.. well I love the underwear.. for my husband lol. He loves them. The cashier was a little shrewd today, but normally very nice & helpful associates. The lady who worked the underwear section was very knowledgeable. I purchased the extra long pair. They don't ride up or bite. They're expensive though $22.50. But worth it, I get him a pair every Christmas. You can catch them on sales sometimes for $12.50. I'll be getting my son some when they go back on sale..

::We had been faithful Duluth customers but no more Duluth for us. Customer service is unfortunately very lacking and their 'guarantee' means little or nothing. They sent me the completely wrong pants, in the wrong color and size, yet I was still charged shipping to return. We did attempt to return to the store but the store refused to take an online purchase return. After 5 phone calls I have decided that my money is better spent other places. Keep the shipping money you owe me Duluth and I will spend my money other places.

::This place is awesome! Yes, a bit pricey, but for the quality of the merchandise it is well worth it. There is something for everyone in this store. The sales clerk's are very professional and helpful.
