  Company completely sucks. Took my reservation and they were supposed to be at my house at 4pm. It's 5:30, NO SHOW. Went by the company right now and they are closed. The sign says they're open until 6pm, nobody is there and it's 5:35 pm. They suck, go somewhere else.

  Sorry to disagree with most people buy we will not be using them again. We had to take delivery several hours earlier than our public event and are still currently waiting for them to pick up their bouncer, mind you our agreement was to rent the bouncer for the hours of 5 and 8pm and had to get be there at 2pm and it is now 11:24pm. We can be patient and understanding but when you've called the business to pick up their bouncer 12 times, including text messages also, that's unacceptable.
