  Is there a way to give a negative "star"? This is one of the worse services I have experienced in any category!! I called for a duct services and was given a 9-Noon window. At 2 PM I was given a new window, 3-6 and the person arrived at 8 PM! Then, since he had to return in the next day to fix an issue, I was given another window which was also not respected and the new person "didn't bring his truck with the duct cleaning materials". Bottom line, I had my A/C/ fixed but not the duct cleaning part. Another person was going to be sent on a 3-6 window just for the duct cleaning services. It's 6:23 PM and no one has showed up yet. PLEASE, DON'T USE THIS SERVICE EVER!!

  If you want a great duct cleaning service, then this one is for you. I hired them 2 days ago upon writing this and they did a perfect job! The air at home feels fresher after the cleaning. They really did an excellent job and were very thorough with it.

  I would have done this myself but I thought it over and decide to have the pros handle this. So glad that I hired these guys. They were really amazing... in fact they were thorough with the cleaning. The result was great. Air feels cleaner now, all thanks to them!

  Duct Cleaning Miami was referred to us by a neighbor. When we had them come in to clean our ducts the individuals explained the process to me (inclusive of time, procedures, scents and sounds). They were careful to ensure efficiency, and keeping my home cleaned up. They also then informed about additional services that we would benefit from without insisting or trying to make a hard sell and kept us informed and then let us make a decision. They also told us how to maintain clean air in our home at a reasonable cost (i.e. repairing our heap filter instead of insisting on the purchase of a new one). I would recommend Duct Cleaning Miami to anyone who wants to insure respectful, informed and efficient servicemen in their home. Thank you Duct Cleaning Miami for making this experience such a positive one for us.

  Air Duct cleaning is not an easy job, thats why I need the best company when it comes to it. I already called my friend Ronald if he knew a good company on cleaning Air Ducts but I am not impressed by the companies he suggested. Then my sister in-law suggested Duct Cleaning Miami, the company has a good reputation and they seems really good in. The charges where quite reasonable, so I tried their service. Then I suddenly noticed the goodness of how they clean, they're very professional. Good Quality Service, Reasonable charges and a good customer service. Recommended!
