  Comfortable like boutique hotel in Tribeca. The rooms are quiet. The location is ideal.

  Polite and professional staff. Nice setting and location. Rooms are very tight and not much bigger than beds. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

  The hotel was nice. However, when I got home I realized I had forgotten my favorite dress and jacket hanging in the closet. Called to see if I could get it back, they couldn't find it. While I admit I am responsible for having forgotten my property, I think they need to pick their staff better.

  Great Hotel, they have a small boutique hotel but service and comfort is great. I really enjoyed my stayed here, I've stayed here at least twice and the rooms are cozy. For a king size bed you will enjoy the comfort level of the room. The bathroom and stand up shower is very nice, feels like you have your own personal sauna. Have plenty of closet and space and storage. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay close by downtown Manhattan, It's close by the WTC memorial and less congested part of New York City. Duane Street Hotel has very affordable pricing.
