  Don’t go here if you are in a rush. The cashiers are very slow and can be rude :( I have waited in a 5 person line for 45 minutes (there were 3 cashiers). Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes on line

  Duane Reade is a good pharmacy. To keep them in check put a postage stamp and a US coin on all your medication prescription bottles.

  The managers are rude. The employers are inconsiderate. change staff. people in the store have no manner. you dont get the help you need. the staff need to get fired and get replaced with new caring staff. :(

  Three stars for now the Pharmacy - friendly and informative staff, they're more than happy to discuss rather than just check you out. The rest of this place blows. The cash registers have issues regularly, and even when they work there are often checkout lines that get huge and no one comes to open another register. Their inventory management is pretty horrible too - they have stacks of boxes and scattered un-shelved products out blocking entire lanes most days. What can you expect tho? They also
