::Submitted a poster for printing which the system said it should be ready by 2:30pm. Showed up at 5pm to pick it up and they tell me they can't print it because their machine is down. They should have called me to let me know. What a waste of time

::Visited midnight. As a foreigner, I'm clumsy to pay the bill with coins. However the clerk was so kind and friendly to help me to pay. And lastly he said thank you in my country' language. It was very pleasant experience..
