  I witnessed someone shoplifting in the store, told an employee, and she didn’t even respond. She seemed annoyed. She let the shoplifter walk out the door. Didn’t even contact security or a manager. Pathetic! And this was not the 1st time.

  Only good thing is it’s 24 hours. Staff are reluctant to help, layout is confusing & their walk in fridge for their drinks is too big to keep the drinks cold—all their ‘cold’ drinks are warm.

  2 floors, walk in refrigerator filled with every kind of cold beverage many cash registers, really an amazing DW experience!!

  This is a super busy Duane Reade but the service is always very friendly and fast. Floor staff will help you find what you're looking for and the checkout staff will help you get the members discount even if you don't have a member card. ALSO, check out the far back corner downstairs for the discount shelf: I got jumbo-size packs of Skittles here for 99c! Satisfied my cravings and helped send my dentist's kids to private school.

  I hope management at this location reads my review. Jamari was SO helpful when my fiancé and I went in to get our pictures for our passports. He took his time, was incredibly patient, and even helped us so the picture had perfect lighting. This was after my fiancé first picture was denied at the post office. He is so friendly and helpful - give him a raise!
