  Terrible people, scammers. I bought a $25 iTunes gift card from this store, and I lost it coming home. I contacted Apple and they said go back to the store where you got it from. I went back to Duane Reade and told them I lost my iTunes gift card, I also showed them the receipt. The lady that was assisting me (Nichole) I think was her name, was screaming at me the whole time. I asked if I could get a new card they said no, with attitude. Want to get scammed? Come here!

  Duane Reade pharmacy owned by Walgreens is cheating customers! Every week different prices on exactly the same drug. Workers instructed by management to deceive customers. Rude Staff.They won't honor discount coupons blaming discount issuer.Take your business somewhere else.Other pharmacies will gladly take your discount coupon and business! You have been Warned!

  The worst service ever they don't do their job they don't respect customers and when you ask them for help they get angry and they got me a foundation 3 shades darker than my skintone and once i asked for something and they said they don't have it then i found it and they said you said a different word and then i said no and they just kept talking rudely. They don't even deserve the 1 star.

  Nice place but always slow at the pharmacy but they have some good sales at times clean store but the customer service is ok. Parking is horrible but it’s in bay ridge so it’s a crowded area but the staff is friendly and they are always asking if you need anything
