  Horrible experience. I tried to return a rather hasty purchase without the receipt. The manager said there was nothing he could do because it wasn't on file. I found the purchase online and all the information and he was still clueless and aloof as to what to do. I know it can be exchanged or returned he was just not willing to do it. This Derek (jerkoff) wasted my time and left very bad taste in my mouth. Will go out of my way to never have to go back to this store. Good job jerkoff or whatever your name was. Your customer service is non existent...

  Lines not fast, too slow. Talking and staff on the phone and taking selfies on their phone. Girls on the floor are rude.... The list goes on. We know some other customers, that have complain. Nothing was done, they say that still the people are still working there.

  Duane Reade says that if a prior authorization is required, not to worry, they'll take care of everything—contacting your insurer, contacting your doctor, filling the script if the P/A comes through. Well, that's not the case. Not at this location. You have to basically do everything yourself. Awful experience. Won't be back.
