  I very rarely give poor ratings but on this occasion i had too due to really bad staff and service. I found the other shop on 8th avenue miles better.poor customers services.

  Right in the heart of Rockefeller Center across the street there is the Nintendo Store and NBC Morning Show and walking distance to Radio City Music Hall great selection and friendly staff

  Well done Camille Bisambar,a cashier at the 14158 22W 48TH St Duane Reade Branch. I am a flight attendant, so I expect a high standard of service.She totally exceeded my expectations. Genuinely friendly, efficient, helpful and patient. She needs to be put into aTimes Square, or a 5TH Ave branch, and mentored further.

  Great place to re hydrate, plenty of selection and wont break the bank.

  I do like the renovations, but, just had one of the most obnoxious experiences I've had in a while. I picked up something from the upstairs section, and thought I'd pay for them upstairs in the pharmacy line where there was practically no one in line (the downstairs cashiers had a line going all the way past the stairs). This lady tells me that, even though she clearly had nothing else to do, that I had to wait downstairs. I told her I had cash. She insisted I had to go downstairs. I mean, really? What, just because she's a pharmacist, she's too good to be a cashier?? C'mon! Selection is pretty good, and the location is convenient. But there are other places right in Rock that are cheaper...and with much more helpful staff. Not worth the nuisance.
