  I often visited this close to my place, yes, there is a racial and ethnic profiling by "managers", young docile staff under their control...dirty floors...not well organized, and maybe more...would like to know the percentage wise how many items ($) stolen from there and by whom...maybe not by customers..."managers" often appear close behind your back like policemen...now, am going to other more distant Duane Reade stores...cannot feel in the E 90 store as a human being! ...wonder who those "managers" are....what kind of educational, professional and character profile do they have! and what they really do in that store...really afwull and sad...in Manhattan in NY...in this monopoly chain store...but nothing lasts forever...

  Lazy workers. Always closes 5-10 minutes early... which I understand to a certain degree... but it's complete BS when you run a few blocks down the street to grab one thing you already know what it is and it's f****** closed!!!

  Typical Duane Reade with scattershot displays and items scattered randomly all over the store. As usual, it's very hard to find an employee to tell you where the light bulbs are. However, also typical Duane Reade as in incredibly convenient location, and it's open lots of hours. But there never seems to be enough cashiers on duty. The checkout line is always terrible. The pharmacy at this one is very good.

  Racial profiling!!!! My son and his friends enjoyed their Easter Sunday at the movies on 86th st. After the movies two of my son's friends entered Duane ready to buy something to drink. It was after 11pm, both are African Americans. When they walked in security was made aware that they had entered the store. They were so hurt they walked out and did not purchase the drinks. Theses two young men have working parents and are decent young men. Shame on you!!!!!
