  Went in store to reload my NetSpend card, and none of the employees or manager knew how to do their job.

  I needed to get a prescription refilled and due to a problem with my insurance it could not be filled today. The pharmacist assured me by spending a lot of time on the phone with the insurance company and then when it couldn't get filled until Mondsybgsve me three pills to make sure I was covered.
