  The lady who works at the downstairs in the morning today for cosmetic department was rude. She was following me whenever I tried some product which made me uncomfortable and in the end she was like warning not to use any tester without using alcohol as a sanitizer but her tone was very offensive sounded like I was doing something wrong but I just forgot to clean some stuff to try and I felt VERY embarrassed. It was such an unpleasant experience there. I Wouldn’t wanna come back

  The new pharmacist (his name is not posted), is rude, unhelpful and a poor listener. His English language skills are insufficient for him to do the job required.

  My go-to Duane Reade due to its proximity to my office. In terms of commonly-purchased items, they have a great card selection, snack foods and pretty quick pharmacy. The prices, however, are just atrocious and you'll never find something you need on sale. There is an elevator so it is accessible on both floors but the escalators are always off, which is a pain.

  It has two floors. Most of the time the escalators are out of service which I dislike. But overall I like spending time there. Especially on the make-up section.

  As I live very close to the Duane Reade, 131 8th Ave, my review of the store is seven stars. The staff are very sweet and provide high end service. Trisha the manager is very caring and always available to help.
