  I am furious. My name is Sydnee Armstrong and I had a root canal at their Edina location last week. Over the weekend we realized it was getting severely worse and called on call doctor. He said it is bad and prescribe me a antibiotic as well as a paper perscruption for pain medication to be picked up on Monday. I informed him I had a few left that would last me until Monday. I was unable to make it to the Edina location Monday so I called and they said come Tuesday before 5:00. I went to Edina today to find out they’re closed. I called the phone number which hey then transferred me to this location and the lady who answered and talked to me was super rude. Passively called me a liar and told me to find a way to Plymouth to get the prescription which the on call lady said would be ready for me apon arrival. I found a way to their Plymouth location where I waited an extra 45 minutes to be seen by there dentist. The dentist then poked at my tooth which made it hurt worse, then began to give me some mouth wash and not my prescription I drive 45 minutes out here for on my daughters birthday. I informed her that there is one written out for me at Edina , when the nurse over heard my conversation and came into the room to tell the doctor that it wasn’t written out because I never showed up. Not only is this place unprofessional, the staff is rude, and I’m pretty sure that constitutes as some type of maltreatment. I will never be back to this location and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Waste of my time and gas.
