If you're looking for a box that will not only help you improve as an athlete and give you a great CrossFit community, DTO is your place. The coaches are approachable, intelligent, motivating and ready to assist -- they give you one-on-one attention that you wouldn't be able to find at a bigger box. Not only this, but their perfect-sized classes instill you'll make the greatest friendships -- camaraderie, competition, and community are DTO's specialties. Trust me, you'll WANT to go to the gym. By far the best fitness establishment in Omaha, NE. I'd highly recommend.

::Part of my daily routine. Love this place and the people. Pregnant women beating me in times on the WODs always makes me push harder. Sarcasm mixed with work ethic keeps me going back every day. If you're traveling and need a workout, greatest place to drop in. Coaches work with everyone to make sure they can accommodate their needs. Not a boujee gym. Scales on all the workouts cause we all know my ass can't do a muscle up. Go here people.

::The coaches and members at this gym are the best! This was my gym for 3 years - only left because I moved away from Omaha. The coaches are super knowledgeable and are focused on helping you reach your own personal goals, and the members are some of the most friendly people/some of the best friends I made in Omaha. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone just starting or looking for a new gym in Omaha to go to!
