  She cut my dogs nails so short they were bleeding. She also cut his pad on his paw. She didn’t even tell me about it I found out after we got home and there was blood all over my car. I’m not sure she is gentle. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. My dog is sweet and easy to manage. My husband picked this place bc it had great reviews. There you go! Don’t always believe the Hipe.

  The groomer is so great when trimming my cat's claws. Nobody else is able to do it as quickly, and is able to keep him calm. Everyone on staff is kind and the shop is super cute. Worth the trip!
