  I'm giving this store 1 star due to the poor customer service. I noticed that the associate at the door greeted certain customers but not all. I happen to be one of the ones not greeted. The associate spoke over me meaning I was close enough for acknowledgement but the associate spoke to people around me but never actually spoke to me as he did other customers. I would much rather you be rude all instead of a select few. Saled associates walked pass as well with no acknowledgement but I guess it is the culture of this store! I would never patronize a store that doesn't recognize me as a customer & consumer!

  DSW used to offer quality and trendy selection for men. Now it’s mainly swade and shiny leather. The person who is responsible for researching market is not up to date or bias.

  My mom and I had a very nice shoe shopping experience today! We always have fun at DSW! My mom has been looking for a pair of red pumps for over a year, and today, she found some which fit perfectly! Thanks DSW...see ya again next week! Shoe Hoppers, Martha and Taffeta

  Great prices. Good quality. Always helpful. Frequently give discounts on discount prices. Good shopping environment

  You can find some pretty good deals but you have to look for them. Some shoes are only $5 off and others will say $150 off but they are from unknown brands so just make sure you know what you are buying. The back right corner has the deepest discounts but they are picked over.
