  These guys are the BEST! We had some engine problems while passing through Portland recently. The service team ran diagnostics and immediately identified the problem. We were on the road again I short order. We were in a somewhat desperate situation and an unscrupulous shop could have really taken advantage - but not DSU. Instead, they charged us a very reasonable price for the quick and flawless repairs. The truck ran perfectly and easily made the entire trip without another problem. We owe a huge THANK YOU to the service team at DSU. If I could give them 100 stars rather than just 5, I would. Highly recommend DSU.

  Our customer's unit is down now for a week at this shop. When calling in we get lied to about if parts are in or not. This dealer is not recommended.

  This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from DSU. They are very professional, know their products well and didn't waste any of our time. We handled the financial part of the transaction in minutes with no messing around. They offered their extra products and didn't keep pushing after we declined. They are clearly used to dealing with business people. To a point this was a simple transaction and they kept it simple. Just what we wanted. Our salesman Vinny was well able to communicate with email, text and by phone. He did what he said he was going to do and kept up with our order over several months. When we need another vehicle someday we would most certainly go back to DSU.
