  If I could give zero stars I would. I STRONGLY DISLIKE THE OWNER AND HOW HE RUNS HIS DRY CLEANERS On a Thursday afternoon i bring in my ONLY uniform pants for a zipper and two buttons to be put back on.I Kindly ask if would be done by tomorrow.(friday)The staff member said yes at 5pm.(Next day service is advertised on the wall) Friday I walk in at 6:30pm to the same staff member. He tells me that the off-site place that does the zipper repair did not bring my uniform pants back. So he calls them and discovers they haven't even done ANY work to my pants. So I tell him this place has inconvenienced me and I have lost a days pay, and I know this place won't compensate me, so I demand a full refund. He says you'll have to call the owner. I asked why does a customer have to call the owner when the dry cleaning staff has done something wrong. He suggested I come back Saturday at 8 am . Saturday I came in at 11 am and my pants was still not ready. After an hour and many , "ten more minutes Miss" I finally received my work pants. I inspected the zipper and both buttons. I realized that they had taken a safety pin and pinned one button to a pocket on the pants. Then I had to wait another fifteen minutes so they could fix that. I WAS LATE THAT DAY FOR WORK. The owner did not care and did not give me a sorry or anything in return for the poor service. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING

  This is the worst service ever. I recommend that anyone in their right mind refuse to give service to this place. They ship my clothing somewhere and when it was time for me to pick it up it wasn't there. I had yo wait 3 hour for them to have my shirt available.

  My shirt wasn't cleaned properly and very poorly ironed. Do not recommend

  Un...&%king...belivable! Delivery, minimum rate, online account to pay and truck the order... what?!!!! Please take all my dresses!
