  Did not build the Hollis house on foundation built it off of the foundation, Doors are not even they crack when you open them they were all crooked, cracks in the concrete paint all missed matched, Medicine cabinet Fell off the wall it was not flush it was screwed on our incorrectly... Kenneth has hid behind the Bible, Supposed to be a pastor Kenneth Williams Also took three years to build eight houses which are still having to come back and fix things from the city of Dallas.. Took 13 months to build mine, Had 7 to 8 months to build eight houses The other contractors completed their eight but Dry Quick must’ve learned how to build a house on YouTube!

  The owners of this company are a band of thieves!!! I was defrauded out of over 50,000.00 plus+ in restoration and rebuild insurance funds by Frederick Darden III and Kenneth Wayne Williams (office manager/secretary Ms. Blondell)....My home was also stripped of custom designed fixtures and vanity's/cabinetry down to the toilets, bathroom and kitchen sinks as well as custom wall mirrors, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Personal home maintenance items were removed from my garage(travertine tiles, nails, tools, custom mixed paint, 50 gallon garbage can used for storage of building materials)... Personal contents were strewn and trashed through my property!!!! Beware of this company!!!! Operating under the now registered name of Dry Quick Restoration but using the bait and switch tactic of using multiple affiliate company names!!!!! i.e. 911 Restoration/Kenneth Williams Ministries for purpose of remaining under the radar to elude prosecution as in effort to prevent/stall tracking of deposited funds from the fraudulent theft transactions committed against homeowners and other clientele!!!!!! Stolen homeowner funds were being deposited into Kenneth Williams Ministries account at JP Morgan Chase Bank!!!! ####I give this company a five star rating for their craftiness in fraud and deception!!!!!!

  We had a water heater burst in our attic. Dry Quick did some drywall repairs , painting and wood floors replaced. After calls,email, texts and demand letters Kenneth (Ken) Williams and Fred Darden stopped communication and wouldn't do the rework. Our wood floors are loose and Dry quick restoration llc wouldn't reply or make repairs to the floors. Run don't walk from the Dry Quick restoration llc personal. Kenneth claims to be a "Preacher "so don't fall for that story and he is sure to ask you not to "run off with the insurance money ". It just let you know what he is willing to do to you. Beware!!

  This guy's are ripping off contractors They received money from the city of Dallas to build houses for low income people and they are hiring different companies to do the work. They pay you for one or two jobs and later tell you they need all the jobs done quick so they can take the money from all the job you did. Will ask you for lien waivers telling you the story that they have to give those waivers to the city and get paid to pay you. Big lie!!! We did all the work and pass all the inspections. Ken is the owner and he never answer the phone There's a guy named Michael on the office and He's the one that call contractors to hire them Be aware!!! Don't hire them or do work for Them. They still owe me $close to 10 k They are a scam!

  My parents had water damage from the storms. Water was coming into their home from the side of their house. They called Dry Quick Restoration and talked to Ken, who suggested a French Drain to divert water away from their house. Easy and inexpensive solution, when they probably could have suggested a much more expensive option. The Dry Quick team are water damage pros.
