::We have been going here for the past five years. They have always done a great job, and very reasonably priced. The last few months have been terrible, same owner as always, just worst and worst staff. A few months ago they lost a shirt, after several days of me coming back and standing there for 20 minutes while they looked they found it. Then it's been a lot of mistaken over charges. They even burnt my wife's dress once. Just today I went because we were overcharged again, our mistake was to prepay. As I tried to discuss a solution with him, he said it's done, you paid and walked away.

::Brought a pair of dress pants here to have a button fixed. When I got the pants back, the tag was still on the showing a repair was needed but it had not been fixed. I took the pants back a second time (since i had already paid for it) along with a little boys suit. When I went to pick them up, I only got the suit back. They had now lost the pants and the manager was extremely rude about it. He insisted I had already picked them up and when I calmly and nicely tried to talk through it with him, he walked away and shut the door in my face. I then called and asked to speak to the owner. I was told they would call me back the following day. It’s almost been a week and still no call. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

::DO NOT GO HERE! Poor customer service. I've been a long time customer and I asked them to redo 4 pairs of pants that they had creased by mistake. Incredibly, the owner would not redo them. He knew he' d be losing my business by refusing, which just shows how bad of a businessman he is. He's lost my business, my wife's business, and likely all my friends business.... thousands of dollars in future revenue, over what?.... probably a buck of cost to him Good luck bud,LOL.

::A few days after Harvey I took about 30 pieces to be cleaned and a couple things to be repaired. They got the Harvey smell out of everything and it cost just under a $100. They were super nice as well. This is now my go to cleaners.

::My husband put on a shirt which before he put it on he took off any tags since he was going to use it and trusted the dry cleaners had done their job or would notify if an issue happened. He found a massive slit from seem of one of the sides. The owner says someone inspects before clothes leave but anyone would have found this big of a slit. The owner wouldn't give any kind of refund or accommodation for ruining a $100 dress shirt. DO NOT USE THEM.
