  One of the better experiences I've had in staying at a hotel. They made me feel very welcomed and most importantly the room was exactly what I look for. Clean and easy to move in and out. Well ran with great hospitality.

  One of the best hotel experiences of my life, and as a federal employee I travel frequently. The rooms were clean and comfy. Food and drinks (both morning amd evening) were great. The manager Mr. Miranda was by far the most hard working amd professional hospitality manager I have ever seen. He was always welcoming and informative. He was genuinely concerned about his guests. He even gets his hands "dirty" by constantly making guests waffles during the breakfast rush. I will never stay anywhere else while I am in the Houston area.

  Horrible customer service. Jacuzzi doesn't work & the mechanic is lazy & takes 2hour breaks. After informing front desk on the problem all I kept getting was mechanic is on break. Well maybe you need more than one mechanic. It's probably because Joe isn't there "Jose," I will give him credit he is awesome. Anoyher guy is cool too..."white dude with glasses." Everybody else needs to be replaced. Cleaning ladies are nice. They can stay. Mechanic needs to go. Drury inn job is to keep customers happy. Well I'm not happy. Neither are others. Keep your stuff working. Or don't promote it as working.

  This has been my best experience ever at a hotel, this was my first time staying at Drury i love the clearness of the room and how the towels are not rough they were actually soft and the bed spread were clean and fresh. When coming down for breakfast I was amazed of the food they had. loved the patatoes and gravy, their was this sweet lady named Theresa came up to my husband and said will u like some waffles and he said yes please she asked how many and he said 2 brought them out in 2 min no wait or line. They were hot and fresh and she even offer if we needed something else to please let her know, breakfast is serve from 7am -10 am we were their at 9:50am and we were not rushed and their was plenty of food put in the line still, coffee was brewed fresh and hot... I will start staying at Drury Inn from now on. I will rate this Hotel a 10😉
