::**WARNING TO BUYERS** Got screwed out of a deal. Got approved for a loan and told me that within 6 months of paying off the car; I could call their bank (Bridgecrest) to reduce the interest rate to about 4% APR vs. the 26% APR. Well many people were promised and told the same thing. It’s apart of the lure. There’s no legal documentation saying that you can in fact do this. When I called after a year into the loan, Bridgecrest told me that there is no such thing, and they only handle payments. With so much debt, ($21,000 after interest on a 2009 Ford Focus) it’s so overpriced. The car at the time was sold at $10,000, and $11,000 of interest is tacked on. You’re better off building credit a different way. This business lures people with bad credit and no credit to buy cars at 3-4x their value. No bank will refinance you due to being in debt for so much on second hand vehicles. Do not go here.

::Best experience buying a car I have ever had. My sales advisor Justin was amazing. He worked with me and my schedule to get me in. Now thanks to him I have a brand new car with full coverage. The car is wonderful and I feel safe driving off the lot. They have a great selection.Also the employees are so nice and make you feel at home like your buying a car from a friend. ::Jeremy was my sales rep yesterday. I told him about my situation with my 98 explorer,my family size and told him i was looking for a car with a big trunk. After we finished the paper work, he told me he had a list of 4 cars that he could show me but instead of doing that ,Jeremy told me I'm just gonna pull out the big guns and get the car i know you're gonna love...AND BOY WAS HE RIGHT!!!!the car was perfect. I love my hybrid car. He did the best job of explaining the car to me he made me feel like a person and not like i represented a car sale.
