  This location is permanently closed. Their phone number doesn't work and the dressbarn website says the only location in DC is at L'enfant. I have checked multiple times during business hours and it is never open.

  Dress Barn store is clean and orderly,the service was pleasant always come here especially for sales.

  DONT GO THERE...VERY RUDE! The store was well organized and clean. However, the sales associates were curt, abrupt and not helpful AT ALL. They were engaged in personal conversations with each other and could not be bothered with helping me. I asked for a price on a skirt with no tag and they just pointed to the cashier gesturing for me to go there while she sat on a SHIRT display talking to her friend about her family barbeque. The cashier was rude and gave me one word answers to all of my questions. had I not been traveling and needed an extra outfit I would not have rewarded the store's reprehensible behavior WITH MY PATRONAGE. Truly an embarassment to customer service and dress barn as a company. SHAME ON YOU!

  I love dress Barn, reasonable prices. No more lay away option.The service is great. The ladies work hard to accommodate you.The mangers are wonderful at getting you what you need are want. Even find it at another store and will order it for you. I have a special fondness for these ladies. For years now they have become my family. Regardless of the rudeness they often receive, The are Focused on working with you to solve your problems getting what you need are want deal with and ones income level. Forward coming with information you may not be aware of. There is a bathroom for you to use includes handicap rest room. A lift for wheel chairs are rollators. They keep check on you making sure you are alright are in need of any assistance about anything. Opening doors for you. There are eating places. They are knowledgeable about the area.
