  As a Chinese martial arts master with more than 45 years of training I have had my share of Acupuncture, Herbs, and massage . Kere is absolutely at the top of her field and both knowledge and application . Her needling technique is painless! I don't just highly recommend her, i use her to help me with my own problems. Respect with a bow .

  Awesome restorative yoga class by Laurie Longo. Nice atmosphere and patrons. Good value.

  Kendra and crew are fantastic! You work and grow at your own pace without judgement, only encouragement! The yoga studio environment lends itself to relaxation and peace so much more than a gym or space not constructed for this purpose. I highly recommend Dragonfly Yoga.

  I recently just moved to the area and wanted to find a new Yoga Studio. Classes are great. I would definitely recommend.
