  Worst place for cleaning... They don’t even tell me if there is cavity or no... They judge me as a mom who doesn’t clean my son’s teeth very well without knowing my situation. Also talking about me to another patient’s mom there in Chinese. It’s true that I don’t speak Chinese, but I can understand a little. Please don’t do that ever again. It breaks my heart. As a parent of course you want the best for your kids. Don’t judge people easily.

  Worst dentist ever. Don't send your small child over if he/she has cavities. Dentist will only yell at parents not doing their jobs at home, but herself does not fix the cavities. My daughter's first visit was at age 2 and half. At age 4 the dentist finally decided something needs to be done, which was to send my child to hospital to fix the cavities under general anesthesia. I was so lost as a new parent during this whole time expecting the dentist would guide me through but only be upset at the end. Don't expect she has patience to do each individual filling in her office.

  Worst pediatric dental office! The doc doesn't talk to the kids. Her assistant does most of the explanation but she's even worse. They’re rude and they will spend max 10 mins with you then rush you out for the next patient. Very very unprofessional!!!

  I just came back and had the worst medical visit in my entire life. I was "greeted" with why my daughter has not made her regular visits (it was 1yr) and told I was a bad father! Questions were asked if my daughter had taken any anti-biotics in her lifetime. I repeatedly said NO only to hear "are you sure" again, followed by a smug grin. As another review had noted, she made eye contact talking to my chest. Look up, ok? When asked about the potential costs, I was not given a range as to what my out of pocket should be. I called my insurance and they refuted her no response claim. ill keep it brief. Listen everyone, you want to select a dentist or medical professional that provides effective communication, good/accomodating patient to doctor relationship, and lastly you should feel respected. I am in the finance industry, medicine is not my expertise. Do not assume the patient you are communicating with speaks your language!! Would I ask you what the intrinsic value of a off the run index? Stay away, be warned.
