  I've been a patient of Dr. Phillips and his care team for about 25 years. They have always been cheerful and ready on time for scheduled appointments, and able to fit me in when things go wrong after hours. In all that time I have seen only two hygienists, changing only after the first retired. The seems to be almost zero staff turnover; everyone is happy to work together in the practice. Dr. Phillips has a calm, easy manner and always explains treatment options well. I never feel that I am being "sold" a procedure. Dr. Phillips lets me know what to expect so I am not anxious during procedures. I used to hate visits to the dentist but every visit to Dr. Phillips and his team has been a pleasure.

  For years I've dreaded the Dentist. Had I'd known and been treated by Dr. Phillips, that dread would have easily been replaced with "pleasurable anticipation"....Dr Phillips side chair manner is second to none. He is patient, tolerable, and consistent when it comes to best dental practices and procedures. I'm smiling now and chew better than I have in the last 10 years all because Dr. Phillips eased my anxiety, thoroughly explained process and procedures, and painstakingly turned my dental problems to dental assets.....Thanks Dr. Phillip and I truly look forward to my next appointment.

  Have been a patient of Dr Phillips for decades. My experience has always been exceptional both with Dr Phillips but also the whole team. I have changed many a health provider over the years but have yet to feel the need to change my dental provider. I recommend Dr Phillips to all my friends and relatives.

  Add my wife Judy and me to the list of folks who have been happy patients of Russ Phillips for decades. As the years have gone by, we have had our share of dental issues, large and small and Russ--and his congenial staff and colleagues--have dealt with all of them professionally, cordially and completely. He has been--and will continue to be--our go-to guy: a delightful, caring pro.

  I've been going to Dr. Phillips since the early 80s, and in all that time he and his hygienists have done a wonderful job of taking care of my teeth. He's thorough without being alarmist, and when things come up (chips, cracks, etc), he's always been very clear and open about explaining options to deal with them, and careful and meticulous in completing whatever work they require. The team there has been amazingly stable, and they're uniformly wonderful. I've only seen three different hygienists, and they've all been patient and thorough. I don't think you can do better than this practice.
