  I took my aunt here for black spots on her face. Dr recommended for bio tx, the package was 2100 for 5 treatment if we paid up front so we did. After two tx without result, the doc switched my aunt to chemical peels which make her face red and dried skin like crazy for like another 8 months, the result wasn’t much better. Then he did biopsy of her skin sending to lab, two weeks later he said he ran out of tx for her, the only tx left would be laser with no guarantee if the laser would work either and it would cost us another 2100! That s when we were pissed, cost us 2100 already without tx and they didn’t even reimburse us back, now he recommended more to, cost more, and still unsure the result. The worse part we received the bill for his service when he performed the biopsy and the bill of the lab which was another 700 dollars. I’ve been called to straight thing out but they couldn’t give us the answer until this point and the bill department sent us the letter that they will send to collection. So basically we were out about 3k and no result on the black spots on my aunt’s face. This is ridiculous! I thought they are professional!

  My twin daughters have been seeing Dr. Jenkins for a few years as their acne worsened. He is an amazing dermatologist who altered treatment if and when what they were doing became ineffective. Both girls are 15 years old and do not have any signs of acne. He was willing to give us samples if he had them so we could test a cream prior to purchasing it. The practice also gives out coupons to help with the costs. We tried other dermatologist before finding him. I have send at least 5 people to Dr. Jenkins who have all been more than satisfied!

  Went for a rash on Face, diagnosed as Fungal Infection, done some Lab test, prescribed a Brand Name Drug that costs 600$ Called up doctor's office and a follow up call again after 2 days got a Generic Ointment (15$) Used it for 1 month with no results. Meanwhile got the bills but no Lab report. Went to the Doctor again after 1 month,was told it is not fungal infection but can be Acne. Prescribed another Brand Name ointment for Acne inspite of my request for Generic alternative This one costs 400$ and asusual rejected by my Insurance, after about 4 days and multiple calls , yet to get another prescription.. So what good is a Doctor if you can't use his Medication..
