  Horrible experience, I was a patient of Dr. Baker for 4yrs. Im a diabetic on an insulin pump. I have access insurance and the one endocrinologist dropped me for missing an appointment. Dr.Baker refussed to help my by filling my insulin and pump supply script, because she doesn't want to deal with diabetic pump patients. I do understand I have to find a specialist but for a Dr to refuse to give a patient a script for medicine that keeps them alive! that is wrong on so many levels. Then here office told the pharmacy I'm not a patient of theirs which was news to me. Thats fine I need to get a new Dr. Because she's a horrible Dr and person. She needs some compassion.

  Awful practice - stay away from that office. My Mom had emergency heart surgery, got home, and had to schedule a follow-up. She called numerous times with the same results "Oh, we will call you" and they never did... 8 days later, there is still no call back, even after 4 calls to them. The doctor should forfeit her license and the office should be closed.

  Doc is great. I'm worried about front staff stress and treating patients more professionally which, I believe, requires good training. ;)

  Doctor kim baker here is the best she is patient and very kind and she listens to everything you have to say and have problems with very caring staff is good sometimes non smiling or unhappy at the front desk but the ones in back the nurses are really very nice and caring great place to come and see a new doctor
