::I feel so LUCKY to have found Dr. Dow when I moved to Chicago 6 months ago and I choose him based on his amazing reviews, every one of which turned out to be true. I moved to Chicago and came to Dr. Dow in the middle of an extremely complicated dental situation. I had just had a failed implant that was intended to be used for teeth 10 and 11 which are on the curve of your smile and very prominent. I had already been without those 2 teeth and wearing a flipper for 18 months and I was extremely stressed at the idea of having to return to the periodontist in my former state to attempt to redo the implant. On that first day, (and on every subsequent visit and there have been PLENTY of them) Dr Dow treated me as if I had been a patient of his for 20 years. He immediately called the oral surgeon he works with and got me in there right away and both of them came up with a completely new and FAR SUPERIOR plan for me. I have had a lot of bad luck with my teeth and I have seen many dentists over the years. And Ive liked many of them. But I have NEVER found a dentist with the combination of attributes that Dr. Dow posseses; genuine caring, warmth, genorosity and most importantly, unbelievable SKILL in dentistry and incredibly high standards for the results of his treatment. His goal is perfection and he does whatever it takes to achieve it. He is simply wonderful. And as you would expect, he has surrounded himself with an office full of wonderful people. From Diana his assistant who is a calming presence to Shelly and Marjorie at the front desk who help SO MUCH with insurance and scheduling, they are all just the best! You will not find a better team in which to trust your dental care.

::Just wanted to give praise to Dr Dow and his team, especially his assistant Diana. The location is central and easy to find, the office was welcoming and clean and Dr Dow was very thorough during my visit. The office is equipped with technology to share photos and x-rays right there while you sit in the chair and my cleaning was great! I would recommend this office to any and everyone looking for a general dentist for oral care!

::I recommend Dr. Dow to everyone I meet! I always feel taken care of when I visit. As someone who historically struggles with the dentist, he and his staff ensure I feel comfortable. They explain procedures clearly, and make sure to review cost with me BEFORE they start. I feel informed and free to choose what is best for me. I cannot recommend Dr. Dow enough. Not many people can say they love their dentist - but I can!

::Dr. Kevin Dow has been my dentist for the past three years and I whole heartedly believe that he is absolutely the best option in the city of Chicago. As a transplant to the city of Chicago, the task of finding new care practitioners felt daunting. However, after reading the amazing reviews for Chicago Style Smiles as well as for Kevin Dow himself, I felt extremely confident in trying out his practice and am extremely grateful that I did. From the very first interaction with the staff in his practice, to meeting with Kevin Dow himself, I immediately felt at ease and trusting of all elements of my experience. Kevin is an empathic and eloquent communicator who takes the time to walk you through any questions or needs you may have. He answers in a way that helps the client understand both process and outcome, and not just leave them to trust that the medical language spoken was easily comprehensible. On my first consultation with Dr Dow, I appreciated that he could sense questions I may have, and in turn led the conversation while also being an active listener. The equipment in his office was new, pristine, and he walked me through what tools were being used and what for in any instance that I was curious. Any and all concerns were validated, but also easily put at ease through efficient communication. After my first visit I knew that I needed to look no further and am always happy to book my 6 month check up at the end of each appointment. As a person and as a practitioner, Dr Kevin Dow is top tier and I highly recommend to all.

::Dr Kevin Dow is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. I knocked a few teeth out when I was a child and as a result have spent a good portion of my life seeing different dentists in two different countries. I am seeing Dr Dow because I now require two implants and he has been exceptional. He is thorough, highly skilled, has a wonderful communication style, asked lots of questions and made me feel like I really am valued and not being moved through a factory line - Im very grateful that I found him.
